Directors - Gill Hughes, John Hughes, and Cindy Edwards
Direct 2 Spain was founded in 1999, and has specialised in selling Spanish property ever since. Cindy is the UK Sales Director and operates from her office in Birmingham and Gill and John are the Overseas Directors and have the enviable task of travelling between their office in Shrewsbury and their office in Spain.
We operate on a one to one basis with our clients and offer a very personal service. We all have first hand knowledge of the area and the properties and are very happy to discuss your personal requirements with you.
COMPANY PHILOSOPHY
Our company philosophy is to offer you property at the price that you would pay if you were in Spain, with all the support and help that you would expect from a registered UK company. We have formed strong links with a network of Spanish partners, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained. We realise that it is very important that when you visit Spain, you are looked after by friendly, professional staff and dealt with in a courteous manner, in a ‘no pressure’ environment. This may sound very elementary, but unfortunately it is not always the case with some larger companies. We are also very selective with the properties that we add to our sales portfolios, we will only offer you properties that we would want to buy ourselves
THE PROPERTIES
We visit Spain for two weeks in every month, when we are not showing clients the area and the properties, we explore the area to find new places or new developments to add to our sales portfolio.
We have bought Spanish property ourselves. We are totally committed to our work and enjoy talking about Spain and the properties. We have a great deal of first hand knowledge about buying a property in Spain and will make the whole experience, from your first inspection visit to the day you get your keys and beyond, a very easy and enjoyable one.
